Our preventive maintenance programs have an option for everybody. We offer bi-annual maintenance services in 3 tiers so you can pick which program best fits your needs. We also have a program for BraunAbility wheelchair lifts.

Tier 1 Repair Only Service

The customer pays for travel, labor and parts.

Tier 2 Basic Plan

Our Basic (BLS) maintenance program covers the mechanical aspects of the stretchers and stair chairs, 2 PMS a year, detailed service records and repair calls. It does not cover mattresses, straps, batteries or any other accessories added to the equipment.

Tier 3 Advanced Plan

The Advanced (ALS) program, which is only available for the Stryker Power Cot and Stryker Power Load, offers a little more coverage from the base level “BLS” program. It will cover electronic components (switches, halls sensors and wiring harness) as well as hydraulic components (hydraulic hoses and cylinders), 2 PMS a year, detailed service records and repair calls. Items NOT covered under the “ALS” program will be the sub assembly and the motherboard as well as mattresses, straps, batteries, and ANY other accessories added to the cot.

Cot-Tek Xtend Program

We offer a special program called Cot-Tek Xtend which is a refurbishing of your current Power Cot with a 2 year warranty.
